Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations in California are subject to sales tax.

Shipping

All DI&Q items are handmade to order. Please allow up to two weeks (unless otherwise noted) for your item to be made and prepared for shipment.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail. These packages ship with delivery confirmation and arrive within 2-3 days of shipment.

International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International mail. International packages are NOT TRACKABLE and arrive within 7-10 days of shipment. Your country may charge you fees for purchases entering from the US. DI&Q is not responsible for any international customs fees incurred. Because international packages are not trackable, lost or stolen int'l packages cannot be refunded. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your international order, please contact us at hello@dianneque.com. 

DI&Q is not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect address.

Return Policy

At DI&Q, we value your happiness!  If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were originally received. Refunds will be issued minus shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Garment Care

All DI&Q items are carefully hand-crocheted by Dianne Que using an acrylic/wool blend and require extra care for longer life. Items may be washed by hand or machine (gentle cycle) in COLD water (to preserve colorfastness and to prevent unwanted shrinking). If hand washing, do not twist or wring out the garment. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron, bleach, or hang. Store items flat or folded neatly.
